Realtor, Kenville R. Prince, a Wheatley Heights, New York resident who is a committed real estate professional, spent the early part of his life in Barbados. Growing up in a happy home, one of two boys, with his mother and father, their door was always open to those who needed them. It was during this time that he would grow to enjoy his surroundings, making frequent visits to the beach where he would fish and catch land crabs.

At seventeen years old, after finishing his grade school education at Lodge School in Barbados, he relocated to New York.

As he set out to start his career, and living by his high school's motto, “They can because they think they can,” Kenville studied at Medgar Evers College, before then attending the New York Real Estate Institute. Now a SRS-Seller Representative Specialist and CBR-Certified Buyer Representative, he is living out his dream to help others achieve their home ownership goals.

Equipping clients with the tools and knowledge needed, takes stress away so that they are able to focus fully on the joy of buying their new home.

Thinking back to his own experience in buying and selling his 1st home without a Realtor, he knows how truly stressful and scary that situation can be. Because of this, driven by successful results and the relationships built with his clients, he is determined to guide others through every step of the process.

InspireD by honesty, integrity and exceeding expectations, Kenville hopes that the future will allow him to serve as the most well respected real estate expert in Suffolk County. In the meantime, while continuing to build his career in real estate, he serves as a 1st Responder, Frontline and Essential worker with the NYC Transit Authority.

Outside of this, he enjoys watching the Eagles football games, eating and making crab cakes, visiting new restaurants, and taking vacations to especially Las Vegas where he loves to be the life of the party. More than anything, and above it all, however, he loves spending his free time with his family and friends.
